Applying for membership in Lexington Assembly
To become a member of Lexington Assembly fill out the form below. You may choose to come to an after meeting event to fill out your petition
or one can be mailed to you to be filled out with your parent or legal guardian. Once it is completed with your parent’s or legal guardian’s signature the Assembly will make an appointment to meet with you and your family to explain how to become a member, answer any questions you may have and explain what Lexington Assembly does and is about. At the next scheduled meeting the members of the Assembly will vote on your membership petition. .
