Rainbow Parents’ Responsibilities

As a parent of a Rainbow Girl, we hope that you will encourage her to give and get as much from Rainbow as possible. The following are guidelines to help your daughter succeed in Rainbow.

  • Ensure your daughter has transportation to and from the regular Assembly meetings.

  • Encourage your daughter to accept her Assembly office, and to fulfill all the responsibilities and obligations of her office.

  • Help your daughter to commit her parts to memory, and encourage her to practice her parts whenever possible.

  • Encourage your daughter to be a “team player”, to voice her opinions, and to participate actively in the functioning of the Assembly. When she is not   able to fulfill her obligation or promise, reminder her of her responsibility to notify the Worthy Advisor and Mother Advisor of the Assembly.

  • Participate in activities with your daughter whenever possible and help in chaperoning or driving for projects when possible.

  • Always keep the lines of communication open. If you or your daughter has a problem or question regarding something done in the Assembly, contact the Mother Advisor or Advisory Board to resolve any troubling issues.

  • LOVE, SUPPORT, AND ENCOURAGE YOUR DAUGHTER IN ALL HER HOPES AND ASPIRATIONS, AND HELP HER TO ACHIEVE ALL OF HER DREAMS!

  •
